It involves lunch, faculty speaker, and a gift for students. Information about RSVP and guests is available in the email invitation to students.

Graduating students from the Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) Department and their guests are invited to a graduation reception in the lobby of Engineering Hall following the Camp Randall ceremony on Saturday, May 11.

Two bachelors degree graduates from the UW-Madison Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering hold up signs that read "Geological Engineering" and "Trust Me, I'm an Engineer" during a graduation event in Engineering Hall.

Appetizers and refreshments will be served from 1:30 – 3:30 pm. This event is hosted by the CEE Department and is open graduating students and their guests at no cost.

To assist with planning, students are asked to RSVP with their guest count by Wednesday, May 1. Students will receive an email with details on how to register in April.

Doors for the College of Engineering (CoE) ceremony at the Kohl Center open at 4 pm, allowing ample travel time for students and their guests who are attending all events (the Camp Randall ceremony, this reception, and the CoE ceremony).
